MISSION
Forming of proper society attitude for personal health and health of child
Healthy Back Academy Foundation is an initiative appointed for life by the group of people concentrated around the theme devoted to children and youths for leading educational activity in range of backbone protection. The protection relates to widely understood preventive treatments and therapy of sickness of backbone. In the year 2005 representatives of self-governed authorities seeing scale problem, had joined to project introduced by the Director General Ryszard Bujak.
- realization of The National Operations in Favour of Children Plan 2004-2012 'Poland for Children', which is the commitment of Polish Republic in front of children. What is a result from, among others, ruling included in Declaration and Working Plan placed in the document, 'world friendly for children' accepted during the 27th Session of Special General Assembly of Nation United devoted to children's affairs and Polish Constitution (article 68, act 3) determine that among the individuals, in relation to whom public authorities have special obligation related with providing health protection, are children
- it means that 'special medical care' is belonged for children, article 32 point 2 stands that 'no one can not be discriminated for any reason'. Protection of those goods belongs to the public authorities' duties.
On base on article 131 section 1, act constituted 30th of June 2005 about public finances (Official Journal No. 249, position 2104) and article 5 act 1 point 1 and article 4 act constituted 23rd of April 2003 about activity of public benefit and volunteer work (Official Journal No. 96, position 873 with later changes) organs of public administrations can lean or entrust units unincluded for sector of public finance realization of public task. Civilization progress force us to incur victims for which we all have to pay with something that is most important - our health.
